Today we accepted an offer on the old house ….our bare minimum but that’s the market today I guess. We had good interest in the four weeks and six offers to consider …
We are now looking for the next project …one option being studied is a six bedroom house to convert into student accommodation for rent .

Great that you managed to sell it! I need to write about the horrendous time we had when it came to completion on the Victorian Pile, but at one point we were driving around Torquay (waiting for a call from the solicitor) and we went past Kenwyn Road. My wife didn’t understand my imcomprensible babble and why I should so so interested in a (what seemed to her) a random road in Torquay!
